Return Policy
At Coinstale, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, gift cards, and discounted clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
