Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@coinstale.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged)
You must receive approval from our team before sending any items back.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, COA (Certificate of Authenticity), and box
- Items missing any components will not be accepted
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after 14 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
