The 2022 Canada $5 Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) Maple Leaf Set is a striking third-party enhanced collector edition featuring three 1 oz .999 silver Canadian Maple Leaf coins, originally issued by the Royal Canadian Mint and later artistically modified to celebrate the traditional Mexican holiday Día de Muertos, recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.

This special set showcases a vivid colourized and glow-in-the-dark design, dramatically transforming the classic Maple Leaf bullion coin into a bold cultural tribute. The coins are presented together in a custom-designed blister-style folder, each set individually numbered, creating a visually distinctive and collectible presentation.

Important Notice:
These coins have been altered by a private mint that is not affiliated with the Royal Canadian Mint. As a result, the coins are no longer considered legal tender, despite originating from official RCM bullion issues.
